Merit Badge information you can use!

Did you know that you can work on a merit badge until your 18th birthday no matter how long it takes to finish it?  That’s right; there is no expiration date except your 18th birthday.  And you continue with the same set of merit badge requirements that you started with even if they update the requirements.

There is a merit badge counselor list attached below but is in need of updating.  I am working on updating it now.  Until I can get it together, just ask your patrol adviser about counselors.

Here is a link to some basic merit badge information: Introduction to Merit Badges

Here is some great information for new merit badge counselors:  A Guide for Merit Badge Counseling.

Take this link to US Scouting Service Project for a complete list of Merit Badges with links to the Merit Badge Worksheets that a lot of people use.
