Welcome to Troop 700!

We are proudly chartered by Hillsdale United Methodist Church in Advance, North Carolina.  The BSA goal is to train youth in responsible citizenship, character development, and self-reliance through participation in a wide range of outdoor activities, educational programs, and, at older age levels, career-oriented programs in partnership with community organizations.  Our Troop is "youth-led" from our weekly meetings, our advancement, as well as our monthly planned activities.

If you are interested in joining us, or would simply like more information, please email us at troop700advance@gmail.com

Thank you for visiting!

  • 1 will enter the clergy
  • 5 will earn their church award
  • 18 will develop a hobby that will last through their adult life
  • 8 will enter a vocation that was learned through the merit badge system
